Standards Quality:

The field of education technology seeks to improve educational outcomes by investigating and implementing cutting-edge strategies for curriculum design, instructional delivery, and assessment by focusing on standards for quality in education and implementing them in education and teaching.

The Quality Standards :

Quality standards spread in the latter decade of the 20th century. Early in the 21st century, educational institutions, especially universities, were held to universal standards to ensure quality education. Educational institutions have upgraded services and technologies to meet societal goals. The University of Babylon is at the forefront of Iraqi universities that used quality assurance in administration and instruction. Quality standards are comparison and governance benchmarks used to define goals and evaluate progress. It should be noted that the institution may reflect achievements set by an external actor or a comparative institution.

Educational Quality Standards:

The educational system follows a strategy that accounts for external influences, internal cultural construction, organisational environment, technical innovation, material and human resources, and public needs and wants. So its products always satisfy worldwide standards, continually seeking new quality measurement and control standards.

Crosby Standards:

Crosby has produced four quality assurance standards based on UQM concepts (T.Q.M.) It includes adapting to quality requirements by developing a clear, coordinated definition of quality and a description of the quality assurance system to prevent errors by setting standards for good performance and ensuring proper performance from the start and rating quality through accurate measurement based on qualitative and quantitative standards.

Baldrige standards:

M. Baldrige's quality control method in education helps schools compete effectively despite limited financial resources. It streamlines seven outstanding education tenets (leadership - information and analysis- procedural planning and development of human manpower - educational institution-client satisfaction).

Comprehensive Evaluation Standards:

Some of the reformulation's criteria were introduced by the Universal self-evaluation movement, which established 45 benchmarks across 10 areas to assess educational institutions' performance (Targets, learning, educational programmes, institutional support, administrative support, management leadership, financial management, the institution of education, external relations and self-development of the educational institution).
