Using State-of-the-art forms and practises to ensure quality, evaluate university performance, and continuously improve the university's education system so it can better achieve its goals (of education, learning, scientific research, and community service) while becoming more efficient and competitive in the global marketplace.

Vision:

The Department seeks to be a centre of excellence and innovation in quality practises in all faculties and centres of Babylon University by applying modern quality systems, tools, and methodologies and ensuring their quality and the continuous development of the university education system, thereby qualifying the University for accreditation by international accreditation bodies, and entry into international classifications.
